Hotel booking
There are special accommodation offers in the hotel "Pribaltiyskaya" for The Forum’s guests.
To book the room with the special rates please:
1. Open official website: https://www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/hotels/park-inn-congress-st-petersburg-pribaltiyskaya
2. Choose dates of stay (within 24.06.2020 - 29.06.2020), number of rooms, number of persons
3. In the field “Special Rates” choose “Promotional Code” and Enter ONCO
4. Press button Book Now
5. Choose the category and follow the instructions to complete the booking

Slides format: 16:9 or 4:3
! Speakers are kindly requested to upload their presentation before the session starts.
USB devices, laptops, tablets, smart-phones are available for projection. Each hall has a utility zone with a specialist that is ready to help you.
Important!
To avoid any problems with presentations lauching, pre-uploadind is required.
Speakers’ Room
You can have a rest and a cup of coffee at the speaker’s rooms – Halls Red 4, 5, 6
The Speakers’ room may only be accessed with your badge.
For lunch or dinner during the Forum, you can visit restaurants in the territory of the hotel or in walking distance from it.
